Khasra Pahani
ఖస్రా పహాణీ MEANING
The 1954–55 base pahani of Telangana villages — the bedrock record for tracing ownership.
Compiled during the post-survey operations of the erstwhile Hyderabad State, the khasra pahani records the position of each survey number as it stood then. Courts and revenue officers treat it as the starting point of the title chain; most legacy disputes are argued from the khasra pahani forward.
