MEANING

The list of lands the Sub-Registrar must refuse to register — assigned, endowment, wakf, government and court-attached properties, under Section 22-A of the Registration Act.

Dharani hard-coded the list as its Prohibited Lands module — and swept in thousands of acres of genuine patta land, often blocking a whole survey number because one sub-division was government. Deletion runs through the Bhu Bharati grievance channel with the Collector as competent authority for most categories; part-versus-whole survey number is the recurring question in these enquiries.
