ఫస్లీ MEANING
The revenue year — an old harvest calendar; subtract 590 from the fasli year to get the AD year it begins in.
The fasli year runs July to June. Fasli 1436 began 1 July 2026. The state's basic land-revenue law is still cited as the Land Revenue Act "1317 Fasli" — that is, 1907–08 AD.
