MEANING
The supplementary PMAY-Gramin list — the survey of eligible rural households left out of the original 2011-based list.
The Awaas+ survey (2018, re-surveyed through the app in 2024–25) is the waiting list from which new rural housing sanctions flow; verifying it on the ground is mandal-level work.
